The DD is a large sub, dont think it is small because of the pictures but that mtx is just plain huge but the dd is very large as well I will find one of it next to a 12w6v2

I didnt try it sealed I would honestly do around 1k-1500 to it but I did it on a 2500d at .5 to test it out and it took it for awhile doing burps. It actualy blew because of my own mistake on a burp, I hit the select button when I was turning the volume up and it went into turning the bass all the way up and thats what happens to it. But I am sure if that didnt happen it would still be playing fine. I havent really read many people talk about running this sealed alot of talk is 3.5-4.5 tuned to 37-40 is a great box for it.

Its always worth a try I dont think it would sound bad sealed. The day I got it to test it, I threw it in a 1.0 sealed box and it actualy sounded just as good as a 12w6v2. But it was hurting for space really got loud in the ported box but the sq wasnt as good as sealed
