DC XL 18 on Crescendo 3k?

Why not go with 3 12's.....same airspace, more surface area.....more db on same power.

more money.

roughly 400 for the 18 as compared to 250 per to add two more 2512's when I can just sell the one I have for 200 and save up 200 for the 18.
