I called today, a Level 3 15" sub is SLIGHT OVER TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS shipped, is this worth it? It feels like now I'm not paying for a good sub, but I'm paying for shipping.
It's just for 30 dollars more or so, I can get sundown subs.you could get something cheaper, but you get what you pay for
well if you're looking into getting a SA-15 then I would go used, I imagine there is one floating around out there..It's just for 30 dollars more or so, I can get sundown subs.
That's a good price for a 15,also just keep the prices to yourself. It's just for 30 dollars more or so, I can get sundown subs.
and it's not wrong, I specifically asked for the Level 3 15" and then a 12" they differed by 20 dollars.
This guy has nothing to do with DC and neither do i,but don't let him fool you into thinking he does.ygpm
i agree. i beleive ram(not completely sure if it was him) he ran a test with the sa 12 and the dc lv 3 12 and at 40 hz and lower the sa got louder and at 40 hz and higher the dc got louder. I didnt say that too well but thats all i could remember lol.I vote for the SA subs myself //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
What happened? I personally have never owned them but I was thinking about trying them.i've owned DC subs and personally wont buy any more after doing an equal comparison to only be disappointed with the outcome and a lighter wallet.
thats right. im not a rep for DC of any sort. i just have got quite a lot of price quotes from dustin and jeffThis guy has nothing to do with DC and neither do i,but don't let him fool you into thinking he does.
DC's take a lot of power to get them going, but level 3's and 4's sound very good(SQ wise) and get pretty loud. I don't know what Rusty sells his subs to others for but i personally can say they are the best bang for the buck.i've owned DC subs and personally wont buy any more after doing an equal comparison to only be disappointed with the outcome and a lighter wallet.
