DC vs RE

ok so im planning on getting a 18" dc lvl4/5coils and double tinsels. but i want to know what would be louder.

would a 15" lvl4/5coils be louder than a 15" RE SX? the reason im comparing 15s is because i know most people will say the 18 will be louder but i want to know about 15s. on 1500rms. im probably going to be running a audiopipe AP1500d because of the price.

Hmm, old RE SX is still pretty nice, but the lvl 4's are rediculous too. I'd say lvl 4's
