Dc power alts

Can some one please let me know how long they had to wait on there dc power alt order I have been waiting for 2 months now they have told me 3 times in a week and I hate to keep asking but I spent over 900 on my order and have nothing to show for it please inform me with your experience and what the out come was thanks much

Dang that *****! Maybe huge backorder? I got my singer alt pretty fast, it was completed in 2 weeks and shipped 3 days after.

That pretty standard for singer. When send an order into mike I get the Chevys done in usually 2 weeks tops and that's a hairpin alt to

So what do I do they won't answer my calls nor email me back and still no alt in the mail

I got my dc 270xp in like a week and a half. That's weird though, Id try calling from a different number.

I had to wait around 2 months...they said they ran out of materials to build the alternator cases. Just say you want to cancel the order and they might try to get it to you faster. That's what I did. I wouldn't get another one from them due to that experience

Everyone has different experiences mine has lasted me 80k miles and multiple 10k system's I am just now starting ro have minor issues off and on which may or may not be a bad battery.

After 3 months I found out my order was lost and they refunded my money

When you call what do they tell you? Out of parts? backup with work?

When I called they wouldn't answer nor email me back til today I said I was thinking about getting a refund and that's what they did refunded me and couldn't tell me y I was waiting so dam long or anything I know I will never recommend anyone to them they treat the small fish like trash

I said I was thinking about it cus it has been so long so they asked for my card number but he could of updated me in my order to insure me or something any ways they don't care about the small people they got west coast customs and big people they have to please but whatever there customer service is very poor I called a month ago and they told me my order will be in the mail in 2 days y the heck would they lead me on like that knowing it wasn't even ready ?

Yep, don't try that unless you are ready for a refund.
