Well i have been searchin for some info on em but dont see to much. There is a guy wantin to trade my 2 12" lvl 3's for his 15" lvl 5 it has a hole oin the surround from a screw driver. Not sure on how much it would affect it, and if some silicone would just seal it up and hold(any opinions on that?). Anybody have experience with them??

well currently i have no amp. i sold mine to fund the finishing of my cbr drag bike. i have thought of maybe a saz1500 or 3k

Sounds good, I would lean more toward the 3k though, those LVL5 are some beast. Be a nice upgrade.

ok thanx guys i have about 3.7 cubes ported to give her so should get pretty nasty loud.

Rubber cement, or silicone... lvl5 will work with either the 1500 or the 3k

Id think a 15" lvl 5 would want more space than that. But i suppose it'd work. Id def do the trade tho.

Well suggested ported is 3.5 spl is 5. I figured it would be ok. Well it would be next year some time, as all my funds are goin to the bike for now.

I had also thought about cutting up a old blown sub to get a piece of the surround glue it on the inside of the surround might make a little stronger.
