DB's with a single 12"

Just wondering how many DB's you guys are putting up with a single 12". I'm thinking of going from 2 to 1 12" but want to stay pretty loud. What sub and how much power are you putting to them?? Inquiring minds would like to know....lol

Well I'm trying to decide on 1 12" type x in a 2 cube box tuned to 32 hz powered by a JBL BP1200.1 OR using both the subs that I have in a snailshell powered by a cadence zrs9. Either way it will be in the back of my SUV and am trying to figure out if 1 will be enough or if 2 would be overkill. I want it loud but want good SQ too.

My Mag 12 did 141.6 on music in trunk vehicle 2.2 tuned to 32 off of 1100 watts

Yeah, I know it's an SQ woofer but I was also thinking 2000rms in a ported box might be a bit much.

Chevyaudio did like high 40s - low 50s with a 12MT

And TommyK did 150s with a Type R 10

I did 133 with a RE RE 12 and 175 watts hehe
