Does this mean you can fold your seat, but you have to show that it can be folded back w/o the system being in the way?

Double yes, like mine.. they latch when they are pushed back the whole way. The judges made sure my seats latched!

Only time you have to REALLY worry about that rule is 3x events or better.... or events hosted by people who really know what they're doing...

well as long as it doesnt look severely modified, i guess its alright. judge didnt say anything when i ran without rearseats and passenger headrest in street, although my backseat was folded down.

id rather be safe than sorry..but then again it might bump you up to no wall lol might not have any competition...
