u wouldnt think they sound good if u got something quality and worth ur money.

look there 100 doller subs ok there not great but u know what for the price 2 for 108 come on bro u cant beat that there nice i had kicker comps i had sonys i had all the off name shit u can think of walmart stuf kmart bestbuy u name it i had that crap and i like these subs yes there low level mtx subs and there not even there higher end jackhammer series they got a 300 rms and i think 400 rms series that is sick there like 170 each check them out

no jackahmmer subs are even remotely nice.

ur preception of nice subs is compeletly wrong. NO sub u can buy from walmart or BB or CC are nice.( besides most of the kicker stuff CC sells and The type R from BB.)

I just bought a 15 fi ssd for 130 shipped. THis is sub will blow ur 12s outta the water and i only spent 20 more for it.

Most highs dont sound good(i guess beter than stock) unless u run a amp with them. Im not saying they soudn like shit but theres a big diff from just speakers and speakers ran with a amp. Now if u wants some nice speakers and killer SQ, u need to get some comps.

I dont care what u got use or new. My subs sound great i like it like i said that what its about and u know what who knows where im gona be at in a month bro. Im not here saying im gona do this or i can do that as far as car audio goes but i am saying who knows bro. I dont care what he got or she got its about me and will allways be that way.I do have a horn but who cares that can change im allways looking to do different stuff.I might go to bed in a few min wake up go to work and bamn drop 300 on new subs tomrrow who knows thanks for your some what use full advice j/k

Ask at a few of your local stereo stores where and when some stereo competitions are.

Just finishing my first year of db drags and went into it know nothing. At my first one a guy told me to face my subs to the back of the trunk and it bumped my dbs up to 138.

My second to last one a guy told me my ground was crap and how to fix it. I got 3 db's out of that one. I hit 144.9

All along the way almost everyone was friendly and gave advice on everything.

The forums are great also, thats where I learned having everything turned up to the max isn't the best way to get loud.

P.S. The subs I am using are also "crappy 100 subs" 45 bucks each. 2 powerbass ps12's pushed by an older kenwood mono block amp from craigslist.

volt drops ok with my car runing playing test tones i will see a drop to 12.6 and if give it gas get my rpms up it will go up to mid to hig 13's so at low rpms i get low drops well i think it is cuz 14.4 to 12.6 is ok i guess. I think a smaller pully could help less drag on my alt it can spin faster at low rpm idle . so to answer your question im geting dimming and drops to 12. 6 siting and driving slow
