DB numbers w/High/low Altitude, does it make a difference???

Never found any proof in my searches, I live at 5280 ft above sea level, air is thinner here in colorado, hence i have less air flow to my brain so i post stupid. . . Hmm. Besides the point, with thinner and thicker air in different areas of the united states, do you think there is a factor with more air movement in lower altitudes, California or Florida resulting in higher db numbers, or just the opposite?? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

Discuss.

I may be crazy but it seems like, i am alot quieter in the winter when its warm as compared to the summer when it hot, just seems louder, but i don't know.
is it just me or does your post make absolutly no sense?

Cold air= more dense than hot air. Higher altitude= less dense air also.
Exactly so with less dense air in the atmosphere where i live it kinda makes sense you could substitute the loss of air the same as how you lose numbers in the heat. Right? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

I knew there had to be a reason!!!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif

i read the new tl's wont change from altitude or temp for that matter but the ac meter will because they are based off different ways of mesuring. and the old meter was slightly different too and it could be affected by altitude or temperature. thats what i got out of what i read i will look for the link.
