Db levels

Whats an easy way to judge what db level you're system is at just by using ears? If 140db is the threashold of pain... After a while of listening to music the inside of my ears start to have a tickle feeling but then it turns to a pain feeling which leads to headache. What db level would this be around?

you have GOT to be kidding me...

I know this thread was retarded, but i was just wonderig. I know i could go buy a boom stick at walmart for 20 dollars, but im sure that it's louder than 130dbs. Then i'd be out 20 dollars, which is why i though this thread would help. Whats the price of a meter that goes over 130dbs?

Anything decent will be a couple hundred. Audiocontrol has their epic-170 which isnt too pricey, buts its an indash unit.
