If the lowest I go down to is mid to upper 12v at idle with it cranked, is it okay to turn the gain up?

18 was too big. Just wanted to try something different. You act like cadence is bad? Just not a nug hugger brand on the forums.

Think I may just run 1 of the daytonas because the current box 3 cubes and wayyy too small for both. They need about 2.5 each, so I may whip up a new box and see how it sounds on just one at .5 ohm. I completely deadened the passenger door, still have the driver door to do.

There is no need to troll, you know what he means, may not be completely deadened but its definitely an improvement.

Thanks. I've got plenty of vids but my windows movie maker keeps crashing. I just took the box out, plan on going with 2 10s and just changing the baffle on the box since it fits so well. Maybe i can just get them reconed to 10s? Ill upload amp gut pics later
