Street B is a single 15, Street C is a pair of 15's. Street B is a single 800 cu in battery, Street C is a pair of 800 cu in batteries.
lol then u will be up against me if ur in street b...lol the most u can run is 1 15 not 2...unless u go to ssnw 1-2 u can add more batts in that class...in street classes u only alowed to use one batt and thats the one upfront

he said street stock b not street b. I looked at the new rules and you can have 2 batts, any numbers of subs and size, but must be 2000w or under to compete in street stock b

ya rob's girl was the only competitor in that class i think, who knows who will be at the next show tho, our team might be bringing someone in that class, or street b. depends on what power he's gonna be running

Keep in mind the subs have to be of a stamped steel design IIRC.

you mean like a stamp basket? if thats it then no the my subs(the sundown z15s) has a standard cast 12 spoke basket.
Are you sure that the rule because i could not find that on termpros website. All i saw was that i could not have :competition grade components" idk what that means

i dont think the new rules require you to have a steel basket anymore
Yeah, it's been changed, no more stamped baskets and 2" coil rule. Great decision, so many rookies use subs like the Alpine Type R's and couldn't compete in that class before. Seems like a lot of gray area in the rules, but anything that a serious competitor would use isn't allowed. Guess that also means it's up to the event judge to decide what is good and what's not.
Yeah Steve, that's gonna create a lot of confusion.
just dont bring DDZ subs for street stock b i wont allow it lol
lol, yeah DD Z's are pretty obvious, but DC XL's are competition grade too, but some might not think so.
I dont think the subs are gonna be the problem. If ya only got 2k comp subs are not gonna do you any good. now if you got a comp grade 2k amp that could really change things.
2K is 2K, when you hit the Certified multi point events they will clamp your amp and make sure it's 2K or under. I'd have to say that a competition grade sub will do much better on 2K, than any regular brand sub on the same power. Besides, the classes don't have any limits on what kid of amp you can use, but it does limit the type of subs.
