Nope, the BM's never looked like that. The mkII's basket was red but we never used or entertained the idea of using the 12-spoke. The basket we use allows the use of a 10" spider and has the proper clearances.

Like Jacob said, the BM mkIII has twice the linear travel as that sub, lower inductance (their measurement was done in parallel, so quadrupel that figure to compare against T/S's of any other subwoofer because T/S's are always measured with the coils in series), more stable inductance, a more linear suspension, and double the power handling. ...and the mkIII plays lower in a smaller box. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
