Where and when the **** was the soundoff?

I saw drag, drift, midget wrestling, showcars, but **** near not a single SPL vehicle.

Where the **** was it?! I got there at about 2:45. Headed straight to the drag track, wandered around the showcars, went over to drift; There were a few loud vehicles but I looked around in 'em and I didn't see a single piece of duct tape.
