Thought I would make my own thread and stop posting my pics in someone else’s.
anyways, boxis for a ‘96 F150. Finally got bucket seats and it gives me more options vs. the bench seat. Box will be ~1.9@32hz
Subs will fit between the seats and the right half of box will not be visible behind drivers seat.

Nice! I adore the Dayton sub lineup for actual sound quality, not just 'boom, boom, boom' if you see what I'm saying. I have the 10" slim in my Escape, and 2-12" in the home, one HO and 1 HF. Can't do any better in my opinion.

I did another box for the SVC versions of the HO 10's. It's wild, the SVC wants .5 cubes and the DVC wants 1.5, according to Dayton itself. How does something that seems like nearly the exact same woofer want the much of a different box?

Dayton's seem more like HT subs to me. They seem like they're softer, so they probably sound very good, and they also have decent motor strength. They definitely seem like sound quality type subs to me.

Mine has a few cancer spots around the rear fenders. Truck was from up north. It was my dads truck. Ha passed away and instead of letting it sit, I decided to just have a project to work on when time and money permits.
If the chassis is fine; it's really no big deal.

Sorry for your loss btw.
