Unless you are only trying to get laid, and have no desire to meet a truly compatible chick, throw all that other advice in the trash and just be yourself. Don't be afraid to be goofy, sensitive, a big spender, a little spender, a nerd, an *******, an open book, shy, romantic, a pervert, WHATEVER. Just don't try to hide anything, fake anything, or pretend to be anything more or less than exactly who you are. If a chick doesn't dig you for exactly who you really are, then what's the point? Are you going to fake it the rest of your life, or the whole time you're dating? Trust me, if you are yourself, and can find a chick that is compatible with that and digs you just like you are, then your life will be so much easier and your relationship has a much better chance of being successful. Unless, of course, you are both liars, cheaters, crazy, etc.

Keep in mind though, if you're a total dork, or you look like the Cookie Monster, then you may have to keep your standards at a realistic level if you ever expect to get any play.

It we started dating as soon as school let out for the summer, and a week before school started back up, she broke up, after leading me on the whole time, and me spending all my money on her. Then next summer rolls around, and she starts texting me and shit tryin to hook back up. Then I figured it out, she was just a summertime bitch who just wanted to date me cuz I had some extra cash.

So in conclusion, keep an eye out for summer time bitches and on a first date, as mentioned, don't spend alot of cash cuz there are some women who just want money and stuff, and will do anything they can to get it.
