cant say much for pros, but a flat head screwdriver has alwyas treated me pretty well,

just be careful with it not to break anything.

What ever I can scrape up....I can get any radio out of any car dash made....you learn that trade off the street

butter knives do the trick quite often. its all practice and repetition

wow, butter knives? and flat hear screwdrivers? wow....if i had an installer try this and damaged a dash i would fire him or her on the spot. these same tools can be bought at hharbor freight tools for $8. highly recommended they work well. also, ifyou are doing this as a job they make really good set from snap on and matco that will help you alot. there expensive but good.

please do not use a freaking butter knife or flathead...if you choose to at least tape up the shaper edges your bound to scratch something.

I have a nylon pry bar, but sometimes those little ford prong things dont work so well and sliding a butter knife back there works fine. Aside from that I just use my hands, skin isnt gonna tear up your dash, just my hands //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif And you can ask MR risen how many dashes I have screwed up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif But anyway, tools like that are good but only if you know how to use them. and it wont matter cause youll probably tear them up anyhow so Id say get the cheapest.

they all pretty much do the same thing. If it were me, id say go for the last of the 3 options. its the cheapest and has the most stuff.
