amp quit working and makes buzzing sound

so yesterday i fried one of my 12's then tonite i replaced it with my other 12 exact same thing, sitting around. Worked for about 2 minutes then my bass knob light turned off when i was turning it up and my amp started making some weird buzzing sound with the light on still. checked all 4 fuses on it and they where fine. Disconnected the rca's and still made the sound. I hope its not fried =\

and feedback would be awesome!.

o i'm sorry its a mtx 1000xd mono-d amplifier, and a audiobahn flame q 1100 rms. never had any problem with it before, worked great and loud as **** in my crx. i checked the fuse under the hood from the positive to amp and thats fine aswell. its grounded to a bolt in the back trunk space.

Might try to replace the amp with a temporary, if it works, you know your problem. If not, problem could be in your wiring. please check wiring for shorted out places (positive and grounds) before swaping equipment.

Also sounds like you do not have enough battery power.

with not enough battery power would that allow it to turn on but not function correctly and giving it that buzzing sound?

Less the battery power to keep up, the more heat generated by the amp. Thats a possibility to what happened to your amp. just a suggestion here bro.
i got home a little bit ago and decided to test it out again cuz its been bothering me all day. The buzzing/humming sound seems to be comming from near where my ground is on the bolt connecting the the trunk... is that possible for the wire to be making that sound???

Ok, i moved my ground wire to another spot and still get the humming sound, from the amp and from where its grounded to on the car.

So now i took my amp cover off the bottom to get a better idea wher ethe sounds comming from inside of it. Its comming from a circle donut looking thing with lots of wires soldered to the board. Also after taking a walk around my car, i can hear it in the side speakers on my doors. I have only the power+ and ground connected along with the rem power on from the cd player. My cd players playing music just fine in my other 4 side speakers. As i posted above, i did try a new ground spot with the same problem. Also tried some 1/0 gauge ground wire. I took a look around inside my amp, but don't seem to see anything chared or broke. Is my amp fried or is it fixable?

Also its called T1 on the board. just under the power/ground/rem connectors

Amp sounds cooked...
This. It also sounds like the OP definitely does not have the knowledge/skill to even attempt a repair at this, so my advice is pay someone to fix it and learn how to properly setup/tune your system so this doesn't happen again.
