Dash kit for 94 camaro

ive been looking for dash kits for an aftermarket cd player for a 94 camaro. the thing is, they are all basic square figured kits with out a fill in area. witch leaves the surrounding of the cd player empty. am i correct? are there kits that fill in the hole factory radio area or would that have to be a custom built piece?
