Dash Bezel W/ipod Cradle

I am blending my ipod cradle into my dash bezel and also blending in the trim pice of my head unit into my dash bezel to get a nice clean look.

I used duramix to attach my trim pice to the dash bezel and also to fill in the open area.

The problem im having is after i lay down bondo over the duramix and sand it smooth. several hours latter i will get about 10-20 small air bubbles where it covers the duramix and not over the fiberglass i used to blen in the ipod cradle.

i dont have a clue why this is happening could someone please shed some light?

maybe use some kind of sealer in between the bondo/duramix?

Im not really sure what that is?
