I'm kinda bummed, not going to the world championships next month because airfare is so rediculous right now. well over a grand from hawaii to vegas. that's over double what it cost last year.

right now ,I got league 4 nights a week. getting pretty burned out. glad they should be done in a couple of weeks. try to cut it down to maybe 2 instead.

i hold my arm straight out towards the board and just bend my arm at the elbow.

the power i throw depends on where i want to hit the board, less arc and more power on the throw higher, more arch and less power if i'm trying to go low. i'm fairly decent. it's hard to explain how to throw by typing lol.
