The only thinkg I would do is slice the areas where the lower panels meet up with the raised panels, then push the Damplifier Pro in to the areas that are exposed. Remember, surface area counts!

Also, you don't need to use Second Skin Spectrum and Sludge.

Pick one and go with it.

They are the same product after all. The only difference is the viscosity.

2 mm worth of both or either will yield the same results as 2mm of either or both in any other combination.

The damp pro. places where the mat spans between apnels, and does not actually touch anything, are places the mat is not adding mass.
That is a personal pet peave of mine. I see people all the time post pics of mat jobs they've done, and Id say 8 out of 10 of them are not rollered down good enough, have too much mat not adhering to any actual panel, etc. I believe he was attmpting to steer you away from such a method.
