Damphier Pro Trunk lid. . . Look what I did.

Curious what the tape that the sell does.. I'm thinking the foil tape makes all the seams look nice correct?

ironically, there's a picture of the Damplifier deadening in the back. And isn't that too much overkill with the spray and sludge on top of the Damp? If you don't have gas shocks on your trunk lid, it'll be quite heavy.

And I think the foil is there to hold the tar together. It retains, flexes to contours, and is easier to work with.

Sorry for the not spelling Damplifier right.. It's 12:36 am and I've been working on the lid since 3 pm.. The car is in the garage and I have more trunk work to do on that tomorrow.

Nope...deadening just adds weight..more weight you add, the less rattle there will be. It's more effective to add a layer or two of spectrum over the mat. A gallon of spectrum is PLENTY as well.
