Have you upgraded to the premier account? I know for a while before I upgraded I could only send E-Checks. If you do that it might fix your problem.

It's immediate payment required for the buy it now option. If you win it without buy it now, then you have the 3 days. Kind of weird though that he lowered the price and say sorry no returns....
