Cysts under arm after tick bite?

The tick was only on maybe 2-3 hours, he didnt really latch on, just bit me a bunch of times.

Im in so much pain now from the pressure i can hardly sleep. I def have to get it lanced, i dont have the balls to do this one i think. I poked a needle in it about half an inch and nothing came out, so i must need to have it removed surgically. Is this something i can get done at my reg. doctor or do i need to go to the ER?

Anyone else think it may be related to using needle nose pliers and picks to dig into his skin? Doesn't exactly scream sanitary.

whoa, calm down man. was simply a thought considering he drained the original two and now has a mega cyst.

I had an infection under the skin on top of my knee cap a few weeks back. doc at clinic wouldn't lance it, made me go to ER. it was pretty **** big and nothing really came out of it either. a weeks worth of anti biotics seems to have solved it.

def get a doc's opinin i would think, could be any number of things and completely unrelated to tick bites.

Go to your regular doctor bro. Did you pull the tick off yourself? If so, and you did it incorrectly, his head could be inside your arm making this infection.
And that's dangerous bro.

true.. got to get the tick heads.. but usually does not swell up that big ... usually swells get a alittle **** and you put pressure on it and you can shoot it out.. everyones body reacts differently tho.. Your body covers up anything that is not normal to your body like a clam making a pearl.. It can make layers and layers and layers... not saying its what it is but its a possibility.. get to the doctor..

I went, they said i didnt have lyme but a bacterial infection from the bite instead. Im on 10 days of antibiotics, fun draining them too. She said they were infected abscesses not cysts.
