i highly doubt the CVS by me has any samaritans. and if we do, they probably are in an alley getting head from some hooker.

That's what I was getting at. Surprises me that you need to have all of those certs just to be a courtesy van driver. I mean, they provide quite a few services, but still. I was shocked.
