CVR to CVX upgrade question

Hello!

I was thinking to upgrade my subs, but I know I'll have to upgrade my amp if I want to use the CVX full power, I currently have a Hifonics BXI606D that handles 600w ok for my 2x 10" CVR.

The questions are: is it safe for the subs/amp to install 2 10" CVX that handles 600w each to this hifonics amp? will I notice any difference (on sub power) with the same amp? I ask this because I'm on a tight budget right now and I can buy one thing first, so I was thinking subs first because if I upgrade amp first, common sense tells me that I will blow my CVRs if I connect them to a 1200w amp, am I right?

You won't blow them, just make sure you set your gains right.

Not a 100% sure if you'll notice that much of a difference if you upgrade your subs first, but personally i'd get the subs first //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
