Cutting out

I have 4 15" O2 Audio subs hooked up to a Power Acoustiks RZRI amp. All wired to 2 ohms, and I have a 30 mF capacitor that I got some time ago. All of it is wired correctly because it worked great for several months and recently it started cutting out. And I was wondering what was wrong with it, because recently the voltage on the capacitor doesn't match what it should it sits at about 15v without music on and then drops to 10-9v. Could that be the problem?

Ditch the cap doing mor harm than good. Just run a seccond battery and do the big 3 upgrade

Check the ground first

Yeah I checked the ground and its fine, I checked the ground and its good. none of the wiring was ever changed since initial install. the only thing I bought used was the cap.
