Cutting holes in door panels?

yeah I'm thinking of adding four new 5.25 speakers on the door panels wondering if anybody had any ideas what tools would be needed to make a clean cut with, door is basically vinyl and leather, any suggestion would help

Probably use a razor knife to cut the vinyl/leather, then a jigsaw to cut the plastic. Won't be "perfect" though, so count on covering the speakers with grills or something...
