Cut wood, now what do?

I just finished cutting all my wood for my enclosure. Now how do I assemble it?

If you have clamps then yes, Do you have a drill/wood screws? Just be sure to drill a pilot hole for the screws so you don't split the wood

Yeah I have a drill & wood screws. I just wasn't sure if I needed to use screws too. Do I drill the holes while the wood is clamped together with glue? Or before I do anything? And, how deep do the holes need to be?

I always drill the holes first, than put glue on and assemble. The clamps can help you hold the wood in place while drilling but not really needed

Just drill the pilot holes the length of the screw

Since this is going to be my first box build, and I don't really have the money for another sheet of MDF, could I get away without using screws? I've built plenty of boxes with just wood glue and clamps and they're fine. 15's, 12's, high powered setups and they're fine

just glue will work fine. The dried glue is muuuch stronger then screws

Since its your first box, you should stick to gluing and clamping one wall at a time. Use good glue like Titebond II (not gorilla glue or liquid nails) and clamp for an hour.
