Cut sheet?

I know few ppl here will design a box and give you a "cut sheet".

Can you just take this "cut sheet" to home depot or Lowe's and have them cut it?

and this "cut sheet" is a digital file, right?

if you were to go through the trouble of getting a cut sheet i wouldnt trust lowes or home depot to make the cuts for you, they dont really care about it, since they arent the ones making anything, i wouldnt trust them, because they have been know to be off by 1/2in or more

+2 i have them make big cuts and have them leave about and inch extra so i can trim it with my flush bit of my table saw.
