Customer service? Adire vs. RE

So I bought 2 15" mark II brahmas but they still haven't come in the mail and in the mean time i've been doing some thinking. I've heard a lot about Adire not getting back to people in emails, calls, and anything like that about recones and other customer service issues. I've never heard a real big complaint about RE and it also seems that their latest subs are available to buy RIGHT NOW, unlike Adire who's mark III's are on backorder till June or something.

So I don't mean to start another stupid comparison thread, but if my 2 Brahma's end up being a no show and I have to get a refund, would it be smarter to just get a XXX or an MT instead of a Brahma or should I hold out for another set of Brahmas to pop up? I'd just like to hear some advice from anyone who has dealth with either company, or even both for that matter! Thanks.

i'm still waiting on my mkIII brahmas. it took like a week or so before they finally got a hold of Adire to find out where the truck was. it's been 2 weeks since they shipped. but i'm still patiently awaiting my purdy subs. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

oddly enough I have had a few conversations with both of the above companys

when I was shopping for a pair of supersubs and I found both RE and Adire

to be less than helpfull...

I called a few more companys and ended up with Diamond D9s

and it wasent because I thought it was a better or worse product than

Adire or RE,it was because the rep woprking for DA was super easy to work with and was happy to work with me an setting up my system

CSR is everything in a world where service is now king over any other factors

RE has great customer service. Ive never had a problem when i can understand what the guy is saying. When my mids are comming apart and they are out of warranty, they offer me a few ways to fix it, give me quotes on anything, even if i tell them in the begining there is no way im buying, and are extra nice on the phone. But that is just my esperence. Adire, on the other hand, put me on hold for god knows how long, acted like they didnt want to give me a quote if there was no potential of buying and then there are the horror sotries of 8month turnaroudn times on recone jobs.

Ascendnat has the best cusotmer service of all the companies ive delt with though.

I'm definitly getting the feeling that RE is a lot more helpful then adire and that they make a sub that pounds just as hard. does the sq compare? i've never heard either in person but from what i've read from many people brahms pound while not getting horribly sloppy.

And what would compare to the Brahma, a XXX or the MT?

Thanks for the helpful replies so far, I posted the same thing on SD.com and didn't get shit for help lol
