This is a little bit technical so people under stand what they are getting. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

So I found a new product called "EasyWeed Heat Transfer Material" that I can cut just like vinyl. I went to a huge sign show here an Orlando called ISA ( more info here )a few weeks ago and got some samples. I have been washing them drying them to test them and have turned out GREAT, no cracking no color change nothing.

So I have decided to offer this to people here that may want team shirts, company shirts, custom shirts.

I have not worked out all the cost yet so right now it will be case by case bases.

They have about 100 different colors and I can do up to 15 x 15 in a single decal logo but I can do more then one per shirt like below, as that is the limit of the heat press and the transfer size is just 15 x 15 but I can move it around.

So here is a sample of a Dickie shirt done up. This was my first attempt at a shit in about a year so I was a little off on the placement of the back but still looks GREAT for my first test shirt, customers shirts would be right of course. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

If was to do this shirt for someone with there own logos or different logos would be about $10 for the heat transfer(s) and time if shirt is provided or I can also get shirts in bulk here local so thats not an issue.

Let me know what you think, any ideas feedback welcome as well.

does is have to be a certain material or can it be on any type?
It could be anything that is flat really. I need a different press to do hats thats next.. I can even do leather. IE car head rests leather before its put on, custom cover for box, what ever.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif I think you get the idea now.. Its not just shirts its just about anything, the limit is your imagination..

Compatible Fabrics:

100% polyester

100% cotton

All poly/cotton blends

Leather ( fake or real leather )

Well each 15 x 15 costs about $3.22 I cut all of those plus another set out of one 15x15 sheet.. So what ever I can fit on the 15 x 15 sheet $10 can be 5 big logos like the back, or bunch of small ones.. But I would say a limit of 3 different spots like I did that one.

It took me about 5 min to do that shirt from start to finish..

Shipping would just be usps so its cheap if do just a few shirts.

True, to make it easy id just send you a black tee or 2 do do. Ill email you in a minute for your shipping info
That works, I can do new tee's or if you have one thats still like new I can do it. Just fold it when sending it so it's not all wrinkled up. I can get most out with the heat press that Dickie shirt was new but stuffed in bag with like 5 others. LoL

Here is all the info colors to give you some ideas..

Heat Transfer Materials | SiserNA

I used the Shimmer and Shine for Fashion on the dickie as thats what I got as a sample, it looks great you can't even fill it on the shirt. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

so theoretically i can send you 30 bucks have you go pick up a pack of 5 tees and screen print me 5 different shirts thats ****ing win
tees I would order online ( cheaper ) as I will be stocking black, white and few colors. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Shirts can rang from $2 a shirt up to $10 depending on the shirt if its a no tag shirt.. I hope to get nice shirts about in the middle like $5 so a fully custom shirt $15. xxl, xxxl and so on they charge more for, but I will stick them. got to show the big guys some love.

Which color types do you use? i see alot of diff types.. rich texture, trendy, best sellers
This is the one I used tonight in white, I have the raspberry as well looks pink to me though, have a black with like a flack in in it, looks really cool.

EasyWeed™ Heat Transfer Material | Siser

You can't even fill it on the shirt at all really. I was very skeptical about doing this as I use to do it a total different way. This is so much better, easier, faster and will last longer then a normal heat transfer. My other company warped toys we use to make 100's of shirts to give out at events like bike week, AMA events and other shows. The problem with the heat transfer after a year or two the logo would crack and not look good.

From my testing so far this stuff is 100x better, I also talked to the reps at the show, throw showed me some that had been washed and dryed 150 times and it still looked new. The one I have been testing still looks new after about 10 washes.

This is a good video to show you what I have to do, I do it 100% the same way..

can you do multi color transfers? I would like a few Image dynamics shirts made if you could do it. Eric already gave me permission to get some made so there wont be any copyright issues with that

and wow thats my 4000th post //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
