Custom ring quote.

Deciding if I want to have a pair of custom mdf rings made for a set of speakers. If anyone can provide a quote it'd be very helpful.

1/2" or 5/8" mdf

ID: 3"

OD" 4 3/4"

Also wondering if it'd be possible/extra to get one side rounded over, 1/4" radius on the inside, 1/2" radius on the outside and a 5/16" wide by 1/4" deep (or 3/8" if using 5/8" mdf) rabbet on the inside.

Hmmmm.... well does anyone have suggestions for sites or shops that offer custom rings/fab?

I can do some ring fabrication for you. I generally charge $12 per set, or $15 per set for flush mounted. If you need it all rounded over, I can see what I can do for that as well. The only bit I have set up in a table is 3/8", but I believe I have some other choices as well, Ill just have to check.

I recently decided to change my plans actually, and was wondering if you could do 5"x5" square baffles with the 3" cutout and same rabbet/roundover. Thanks for your help/interest.
