Dimensions are

30x17x14 I called tehm and asked them what it was tuned at and all he said was well it can handle just about anything you can put in there..... I dont even know what you guys mean by what its tuned at, I'm new to all of this. Also i dont have a scale so i dont know how much it will cost to ship to those zip codes.

I dont know who built them...lol. I called the place i bought it from and he said they buy those ones, tehy only make the custom ones.
