just wondering how much you guys charge for box builds. ive got a couple people who want sealed boxes built for there regular cab trucks and really have no idea how much to charge.

For me, I charge materials+$50-150 labor depending on the box and what exactly they want. I'll do a regular, nothing special sealed box for about $65-75

i do local only. but i am getting 200 a box just because i can. larger boxes then get very expensive. i finish all them with vinal

I have been building sub enclosures for almost 23 years and

the cheepest box I build is $250 Canadian plus shipping

but those are ported enclosures...

I don't take on Sealed enclosures....you can get a good sealed

enclosure for cheep from any car audio shop

Wow! I just got a sealed and painted 2 cubic foot enclosure painted for $40 and could have gotten the ported for $65. i get materials for pretty cheap 3/4 " 4x8 for $28 i could make descent size vented boxes out of that. i would sell it for about $30-40 a box.

i get materials for free. my dads in the lumber buisness. i get 4x12 sheets of hdf for free whenever i want. i guess ill just determine the price by how complicated its going to be and compare it to your guys prices.

really depends on size of the enclosure and how hard the build is. but i have charged from $60 - $165
