I wonder... with the gasoline companies and refineries that have and are shutting down in California because of Californian government, have caused the cost of gasoline in California to rise? I am gonna say yes. I wonder if these higher prices, caused by the government in California, are added in to the National Average Rob the Assassin keeps using to attempt to make Trump look bad?

Well as it turns out that is exactly what is happening. The government in California has made it so that the Refineries in California have had enough and have shut down or are going to shut down. This HAS CAUSED THE PRICE OF GAS IN CALIFORNIA TO RISE!!! We are talking in the $6 range now. With such high prices added to the national average the average has no choice but to rise.

Tell us again how things under Newscums control is Trumps fault.

As of early May 2026, removing California's high gas prices—often exceeding $6 per gallon—from the national average would likely drop the U.S. average by roughly 10–15 cents per gallon. With a national average around $4.39 or $4.30, excluding California's exceptionally high cost brings the national average closer to $4.15–$4.20 per gallon
