Hmmm. Minnesota is 4% lower than the nationwide averade for fraud, has the third lowest poverty rate, and is ranked 5th in the best states to live.

4% huh? Where did you come up with that number? The way you are tossing that number out there is like you are proud of it.

Basically what you are saying is that they found just enough fraud in MN to keep it 4% lower than the rest of the nation therefore making MN look more appealing and ethical. What it is, is horseshit. There is SUBSTANTIALLY more fraud in MN. Proof being the Feds looking into it now. Want to take bets Robbie on that 4% being a full of shit number now?
