You are pretty *** backwards the way you rationalize things.

If Democrats run on certain "promises" to get elected that is fine with you. Down the road if they start an engagement that causes fuel cost to rise, well, you are ok with that too. No harm, no foul.

If TRUMP does that then your brain does some weird switch where hypocrisy becomes the norm and Republicans somehow are evil.

Mind you, they have done the same things.
