Seriously warped. When Kirk was assassinated, it wasn't the people that cheered Kirk's death or the people that called for more assassinations that bothered me. It was the utter silence and passive approval of left en mass. "Nobody" on the left was willing to condemn the assassination.

This makes sense for the region. We're 1/2 way there (Abraham Accords). Build the pipelines and they can no longer hold oil hostage with the Strait of Hormuz, Bab el-Mandeb, and the Suez Canal. Saudi Arabi will have to be the regional super power that keeps the pipelines safe. This scenario has to piss the lefties off.
