Fraud isn't crime Rob's mind, which is odd considering his job is to investigate and prosecute fraud.

I'd be VERY interested in hearing your explanation of how you reached the conclusion that fraud isn't crime in my mind.

Can you point to some posts I have made where I inferred it, or posts I have made where you interpreted or deduced it? I'll match you one for one on yours, with posts other idiots here have made, where they SUPPORT fraud and crime.

Or is this just another post where you make shi* up in your head, and it becomes a fact of the world (like your nonsense about people not having innate rights)?
