You see, there in lies a problem. You want him to be jailed because he crossed YOUR moral compass. Your moral compass is there for you brother, not him. You can't judge him because his morals are different than yours no more than you should judge someone who believes in god if you don't. There are no laws saying you even have to have morals but I do think they are good to have in your life to help you down your own path. You have to live your life your way just as Trump must live his life his way.

A federal judge in Manhattan has put an end to what many saw as President Donald Trump’s attempt to use vital infrastructure funding as a bargaining chip. Judge Jeannette Vargas ruled on Friday that the Trump administration must unfreeze money for the Gateway project, a massive rail tunnel system connecting New York and New Jersey under the Hudson River.
The decision came quickly after New York and New Jersey state lawyers filed a lawsuit arguing the White House broke the law by holding back the money. They said the funding freeze was not only illegal but also hurt the economy and put good-paying jobs at risk.
What made this situation especially troubling was what happened behind closed doors. According to reports, the White House suggested a deal. They said they would release the Gateway money if Democrats agreed to rename two places after Trump: Penn Station in New York City and Washington Dulles International Airport near the nation’s capital.

The Real Cost of Delay​

The group managing the Gateway project warned the court that stopping work was not simple. In legal papers, they explained that winding down five active construction sites would take nearly a year. The cost would be between fifteen million and twenty million dollars every single month just to keep the sites secure and watch over expensive equipment.
One piece of machinery alone—a boring machine used to dig the tunnel—cost almost five hundred million dollars. That’s half a billion dollars worth of specialized equipment that would sit unused while the legal battle played out.
