What's funny is during Covid Walz had the national guard threaten to shoot people with rubber bullets or beanbags or whatever if they were outside, like even on their front porch. Here's one fine example of Walz using the National Guard or cops to shoot people with paint balls because they won't go inside during riots. Where is this logic now?

The gun is of ZERO relevance to your argument. As a licensed carrier, he was allowed to bring that gun ANYWHERE a licensed carrier can bring a gun. There are very few places where he could not, and a public street is certainly not one of them.
