If the US military couldn't fly a helicopter higher than 200ft, they'd never be able to get anywhere. FAA rules require 1,000 foot altitude over urban areas, and 500 feet over rural except to take off or land.
Military aircraft are not exempt from FAA rules.
It's FAR Part 91.119

Because RobGMN is just here to talk trash I went looking as well. Turns out Trump was correct. The Helo was to high and it's altitude is a factor in the crash.

What city do you live in that upgrades their water system with their firefighting budget?
Does your city use the road maintenance budget to remodel town hall? The school budget to repair street sweepers?

Part of preparing is not just manpower. You gotta have water. On top of that, they didn't get enough man power and equipment. Did you not see that article I provided with the millions of dollars worth of equipment that was not being serviced?

I see you might not be much of a logical thinker, so I'll explain it. Water is needed to fight fires. So, if you upgrade your water system, you will upgrade your ability to fight fires. Remodeling City Hall has nothing to do with fixing the roads.

Depends on where I live and how it would affect me. In the south? Maybe buy some good all-season tires, live far inland and get a wood burning stove.
In the north? Not much. Already prepared for all types of weather.

You don't need to see a **** to prove it happened. However, a psychological evaluation could easily show what really happened. Carroll is a real nut case.
