YES, "stop" is a physical act, just like being "forced" to get a vaccine or "forced" to wear a mask is a physical act.
Did you somehow think that "stop" had some metaphysical meaning with regards to someone preventing you from taking action?

I am STILL waiting for examples of people who have been FORCED to get a vaccine, or FORCED to wear a mask, or even FORCED to not take a drink, by a government authority.
Help your buddies out with the proof. They seem to be unable to provide any.

Police will certainly confiscate open containers in parks, etc. And they'll certainly arrest you for public intoxication.

While I'm at it, did you guys know most states have laws that give children medical privacy at ~14, including abortion, mental/behavioral issues, STDs, birth control, etc? So the libs have been hard at work stripping parental rights and treating teenagers like they are adults. It was happening long before they started "supporting/encouraging" kids to transition. Combined with liberal influence in the education system, they are effectively trading parental influence for liberal influence.

It's nuts. I work in IT training and when hospitals change over their HIM system to ours, one of the benefits is we have an app that lets people/parents access theirs or their children's records. I've had a few parents flip out when they found out they can't access their 14 year olds records. Then they refuse to use the app and I have to explain it's not the app, if you came in here for paper records you'd run into the same issue.

Correct. But that's a consequence of you having the open container, or of already being intoxicated.
That is not forcing you to not drink in order to be intoxicated.

Every "proof" offered so far is about people facing a consequence for an action.

The fact that wapo created a database for 1 president and not the next is extremely biased...I'd like there to be biden one just so wapo would at least be somewhat credible. Personally all politicians exaggerate, say technically true things, and lie. It's more important to me what they accomplish and how affects me and those around me. Anyone taking a politician at 100% face value is delusional

So lets look at the word force. No it doesn't require physical force. Ie my kids are forced to follow my rules in my home, but it's not under the the threat of physical harm. I'm forced to comply with my company's DEI policies, but I'm pretty sure my boss isn't going to kick my @$$. Looking at this dictionary definition/example: "The last minute goal forced overtime" Nobody thinks the ref is going to kick somebody's @$$ because of the overtime.

And Sleepy Joe tried to mandate the vax (and did get some mandates through). Why did "they" have to mandate the vax? Because some people didn't want to get the vax. What do you call it when you make somebody do something against their will? Would that be forcing somebody to do something?

Why is somebody "Forced to admit their error?" Not because somebody is going to kick their arse, but because they'd look like a stubborn idiot if they don't admit the error. A good example would be Rob trying to force THX to admit bones have nerves in them.
