Seems almost like our Nato/European allies don't want the war to end. I figured Trump could negotiate a peace treaty, but if our European allies are determined to feed the war machine, then maybe this war will continue. At least the Dems can crow "Trump didn't end the war" from the rooftops at the top of their lungs.

Definitely. The concern for me now is: will Putin strike British and French forces officially? I think the EU wants to draw US into NATO article 5. I'm not sure how that would play out. We're bombing the shit out of Yemen, we have 25% of our b-2's and 2 aircraft carriers with multiple high end missile support ships and subs in the Indian Ocean area, like holy shit, that's a lot of firepower, are we also about to strike Iran? Trump was saying anti war but it's looking like not really, and idk why, some seems Machiavellian, but some seems like there's only so much he can do or control. The tensions between US and Iran and EU-Russia are absurd. The EU has seemed to side with the Chinese quite a bit, so China may be trying to drag US to fight Russia via EU actions, which might help the Chinese have less to fight in their taking over their regions and interests. Shit is wild
