They don't and it's not even about what each military has or don't have...they are too dependent on Russia for energy to bargain from a position of strength...
Yeah, that too, it's all of it. Europe is trying to pull us along with it all. Wonder what's going to happen with all the war talks going on. Just waiting for a disaster to pull us in...

I don't think all of europe has much of a position to bargain from. Russia has all the nukes, basically, all of europe has like 1 aircraft carrier combined, most of Europe's stealth fighters, if not all of them are US supplied, so they can't operate them hardly without direct, continuous assistance, so wtf are they gonna do against Russia if US backs out of NATO, so they don't article 5 us? The corrupt leadership in Europe needs this war so they don't lose to the populist leaders, need war to cement their power during wartime, like how the EU is stealing the election in Romania, so they can build that giant NATO base there to invade Russia from. Europe would literally have to start conscription and build up from behind to even begin to take on Russia alone, it seems.
Europe has 5. Russia has 1.
And it's non-operational, lol.

"BUCHAREST, January 12th. /tass/. Independent Romanian presidential candidate Calin Georgescu believes that the Mikhail Kogalniceanu military base in Constanta (southeast of the country), which will become the largest NATO military base in Europe, will be used as a springboard for launching a war against Russia. "We cannot allow this to happen," he said. He made this statement in an interview with former US Navy Seal Sean Ryan."

Sorry, you don't get to shape what I think or speak of regarding Trump, just as I don't get to shape what you think or say about Biden.
No, the forum rules state "likely to offend" and I have made it clear it offends me to hear or see my President being disrespected. As I said, you can have an ADULT, GROWN UP discussion about politics and not insult members of this forum or the President of these United States.
Apparently, the First Amendment protects the right of DOGE workers to say racists stuff (and even get a full pass from VP Vance for it), but not of someone with a green card to organize a legal protest on a college campus.
Cool

We aren't counting ones without catapults, which is only 1. An aircraft carrier without a catapult is realistically at best a helicopter carrier. What I mean is floating runways; an aircraft carrier having a catapult completely changes the nature of the carrier. You can only take off vertically from all but one of Europe's carriers, basically:

"The European Navies currently have three aircraft carriers, HMS Queen Elizabeth and HMS Prince of Walles British and the Charles de Gaulle French, the only ship equipped with catapults, arresting lines and nuclear propulsion on the old continent.

Added to this are three aircraft carriers, the Cavour and Italian Trieste and the Spanish Juan Carlos I. Like the British ships, these do not have catapults or arresting lines, and can therefore only use helicopters or Harrier or F-35B short or vertical takeoff fighters."

But still the point is the same, why would you want us to fight Europe's wars when they take advantage of us?

You are funny. Whether it's intentional or not, I don't know.

You are supporting Trump. He's a proved ******, racist, misogynist, felon, grifter, pathological liar. That offends me DEEPLY.
Reportable?

So it's either 1 European ship to 0 Russian, or 6 European to 0 Russian.
Either way, Russia has 0.

It's a weird assumption that ships that can support VTOL or STOL aircraft would not have that particular aircraft on board, no?
Maybe my vision is poor, but those sure look like planes on the Queen Elizabeth.

Tell me more about this "taking advantage of us" line.
I've heard Trump say it about Canada, but if you look at spending in both directions, the Canadians spend 7x more per person on US goods, than the US does on Canadian goods.

It works out to over $8.5k per Canadian citizen spent on US goods per year, but only about $1700 spent per US citizen per year on Canadian goods.

Sure seems that we are taking advantage of THEM.

Please tell me he did not make this incredibly moronic statement.

"they drew an artificial line through it"?!
Like the artificial lines on plat maps of his properties?

I guess since they mean nothing, he doesn't really own the land, and his neighbors can just build wherever they want? People are free to walk around gis golf courses and resorts at will?
Artificial barriers?

Those are vtol capable American made f35's that they couldn't operate without us, it was literally in what I already quoted, lol, no need to post a pic, so they can't use them to fight Russia if we pull out of nato, point still stands those carriers aren't on the same level or capabilities as one with catapult, so.... you just want to argue out of context. I was talking about the EU, dammit, not Canada. I talk about the EU taking advantage of us and you start making Canadian talking points. How is anyone supposed to have a convo with you?

So America is now Team Putin/Team Communism?
Cool. When do we give up altogether and become Communist, too?

Is all this Greenland/Panama Canal/Canada stuff just Trump's jumping off point to take over the world, like Communism wants to do? We grow, and then get absorbed by Putin?
If that's what you believe Trump is up to, then run with that narrative.
