Yep. They had a warrant and sent over a request that he be held so the warrant could be executed, but Trump pardoned him five days after the request. So they let him go free.
He was serving a 6-year sentence for peacefully pepper-spraying and assaulting police officers with the other hat-wearing flag-wavers.

Tell me the GPM rating on the tanks that feed those towers.
Tell me how many 2" hoses were running to fight said fires.
Tell me how many firefighters are on staff in the area.
Tell me about the "millions of dollars" in languishing equipment that could have been used to fight the fires.
Tell me how much water was in the upper and lower Hollywood reservoirs.
