It's not illegal for a bank to provide financing based on bogus property evaluations, but it IS illegal for someone to GIVE the bank false property valuations in order to GET financing.

Sooooo.... again, you are going way out there. I never said you are truly dead if your heart stops. I said that is a medical argument. I worked in the med field, and I have seen many doctors call someone dead after not being able to get a heartbeat back after a couple minutes. A brain scan was never taken, but they called it even still. It is proven a heartbeat can stop for 10-15 minutes and there can still be brain function. I do know that a person can be brought back after the heart stops and not when the brain dies.
My daughter was born with a medical condition, and her heart stopped twice. The doctor even told us she died twice but was able to resuscitate her back. Sooo... I think that doctor knows more than you.
